The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare and Medicaid Advantage Members in Portland, Oregon, and Southern Washington State.

• Highly competitive pay per assessment
• Ongoing contract with flexible schedules (1 to 7 days a week) and a requirement of 10-15 assessments per week
• All training (Paid) and equipment provided
• W2 position paid weekly

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Adult/Geriatric Assessments
• Managing medical history, diagnosis, treatment
• Providing health education, referrals, and case management
• Collaborating with medical personnel

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of NP experience
• Master’s Degree
• Board certified by AANP, ANCC
• Active License in Oregon and Washington State for Either Adult Health, Family Health
• Current BLS certification
