Position Description
Our client is a healthcare practice that provides comprehensive pediatric medical care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and developmental well-being of children from infancy through adolescence. They are searching for a Pediatric NP / MD / DO to join their team ASAP!
Salary
$170-200k base salary (flexible/based on experience)
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate NP, MD, or DO to join our growing team. This is a full-time, onsite position open to both experienced providers and new graduates who are ready to make an immediate impact in patient care. The ideal candidate will be board certified or board eligible and committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.
Job Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostics. Develop and manage treatment plans aligned with evidence-based best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings as needed.
Qualifications: Current and unrestricted license as an NP, MD, or DO in the state of Oregon Board Certified or Board Eligible. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship and support available.
Schedule
Monday through Friday (5 days/week) Onsite only (no remote or hybrid options)
