Responsibilities Of The Nurse Practitioner

• Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver exceptional primary care
• Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population
  
  

Qualifications Of The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program recognized by the Oregon Board of Nursing
• Relevant Master’s degree
• Current DEA certification
• Hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon
• Hold valid, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner national certification issued American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or National Certification Corporation (NCC), or an equivalent Medicare/Medicaid approved certifying body
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
