The clinic proudly serves a largely migrant and Latino community with comprehensive healthcare services and operates with the EPIC EMR system.

Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-7:00pm • Certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • Manage your own patient panel in a team-based approach to comprehensive patient care • Passionate about community health and family medicine • Committed to working with underserved patient populations • New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience with underserved populations valued • Opportunity to participate in a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala • Requires Master's or Doctoral Degree for NPs, or Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a two-year PA training program for PAs

Compensation:
• Base compensation: $132k - $144k per year with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures • $15k hiring bonus • $20k relocation allowance • $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after start date • $25k annual geographical pay • $1,500 monthly housing/auto stipend for 1 year ($18k total) • Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed) • Medical, dental, and vision benefits at no out-of-pocket cost to employees • Generous personal leave time and eight paid holidays per year • $3,100 annual CME allowance with five days (40 hours) of CME time • 403(b) retirement plan and profit-sharing plan 401(a) • Automatic life insurance policy and employee assistance program
